- The item that you receive in the mail will resemble the one in the picture but, because every piece by Jewelry Junkie is handmade and hand cut, it will not be the exact same. All hides have different patterns--every cut will differ since we are only using a small portion of the hide.
- For all Navajo prints, view the last photo of the entire hide so you can envision the various cuts that could be possible. The hat photos also show each hat with various cuts of the Navajo print.

Shipping Times:
-As all of our items are hand made, we ask that you allow 7 business days for all shipments to leave our warehouse. Often, they leave much sooner depending on the time and season of the business. Actual delivery times vary based on the USPS postal schedule. Tracking is included with every shipment. Once your order is shipped, tracking will be added to the order detail.

Due to the large request for expedited orders, we have now implemented a fee of $25 for qualified rush orders. (You will be sent an invoice).

Product Exchanges
- No refunds are offered on our merchandise, so please choose carefully.
- Exchanges are offered on product within 14 days of receipt.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
- Please email thejewelryjunkie@hotmail.com for authorization to exchange.
- Merchandise must be returned in new condition.
- Returned item(s) will be substituted for alternate merchandise upon receipt of the returned product.
- Customer will be charged accordingly for price differences.

Product Repairs
A 6 month repair warranty is available on all products. Please return defective product to The Jewelry Junkie with the original dated invoice from the Jewelry Junkie or a receipt from retailer. The Jewelry Junkie will repair or substitute the damaged product with similar product of equal value. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Variations
The Jewelry Junkie personally hand crafts all of our creations in the United States. Due to the uniqueness of natural materials, variations will occur in color and size.
We do our best to package your items safely and correctly in every order. However, occasionally, problems do occur. Below are quick and easy answers to each scenario.
Items were damaged during shipping
We will repair or replace any items damaged during shipping but damaged item(s) will need to be returned to The Jewelry Junkie.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt of merchandise by sending an email to thejewelryjunkie@hotmail.com The Jewelry Junkie will email a pre-paid shipping label to mail back the product for replacement.
Damages reported outside of the 48 hour time frame will still be repaired or replaced but customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Items are missing from my order
All shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt of merchandise. You will be mailed missing items only if they have been reported during this time frame.
