We do our best to package your items safely and correctly in every order. However, occasionally, problems do occur. Below are quick and easy answers to each scenario.
Items were damaged during shipping
We will repair or replace any items damaged during shipping but damaged item(s) will need to be returned to The Jewelry Junkie.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt of merchandise by sending an email to email@example.com The Jewelry Junkie will email a pre-paid shipping label to mail back the product for replacement.
Damages reported outside of the 48 hour time frame will still be repaired or replaced but customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Items are missing from my order
All shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt of merchandise. You will be mailed missing items only if they have been reported during this time frame.
