What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal—whatever works best for you!

Having trouble placing an order?

No worries—we’re here to help! You can reach us Monday–Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. CST at 817-501-8503, or email us at thejewelryjunkie@hotmail.com. We do our best to respond within 24 hours on weekdays. (We're closed on weekends and holidays.)

Can I place my order by phone?

We are always happy to assist you in ordering the products that you love, although we prefer for you to order online.  You can see the pictures of the items as you order, which helps eliminate order errors. However, should you need to call an order in, we will happily help you in placing it. Please have the item #’s and quantities ready.  We can be reached M-TH from 9-2 CST

Do you save my payment info?

No, we don’t store any payment information—for your security, you’ll need to enter it each time you place an order.

Account & Access

Why am I seeing retail prices on my wholesale account?

If you're still seeing retail prices, your wholesale account may not be approved yet. Complete the process on our wholesale page. Once approved and logged in, you’ll receive 50% off as long as your wholesale minimum of $100 (equal to $200 retail) is met. You'll see "sale" tags indicating the discount is active.

Can you change my password for me?

For security reasons, we can’t access your password. Please use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it.

Shipping & Fullfillment

How long does it take to ship my order?

All of our items are handmade, so please allow up to 7 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. Many orders ship sooner, depending on the season and order volume.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your status by clicking the "VIEW YOUR ORDER" button in your order confirmation email. This will take you to your order detail page with tracking updates.

Can I get my order faster?

We offer rush shipping for a $25 fee on qualified orders. Email us at thejewelryjunkie@hotmail.com with your order number to check availability. Once approved and paid, your order ships within 48 hours.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s paid?

Yes, changes to item quantities or product selections can be made for a $10 change fee. Contact us at thejewelryjunkie@hotmail.com for assistance.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer flat rate shipping based on your order total:
• $5.50
• $6.00
• $12.50 (Priority Mail)
• $15.00 (Priority Mail)
• $17.50 (Priority Mail)

There are items missing from my order—what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if anything is missing or damaged. We’ll get it sorted right away.

My order has back-ordered items—why?

Sometimes an item is temporarily out of stock. In those cases, we’ll ship what we do have right away and send the rest within about a week, at no extra cost.

Do I have to pay more shipping for back-ordered items?

Nope! We cover shipping for any back-ordered items that ship separately from your original order.

Products & Custom Orders

Why don’t my items look exactly like the pictures?

Because our items are handcrafted using natural materials, small variations in color, size, or texture are completely normal—and make your piece one-of-a-kind!

Can I place a custom order?

We’re honored you’d ask, but at this time we’re no longer offering custom pieces.

About Wholesale

Why do you need my Tax ID for a wholesale account?

It’s a legal requirement—we’re required by state law to keep your Tax ID on file for all tax-exempt wholesale purchases

Do you offer zip code protection?

Yes! We do zip code/area protection for wholesale accounts as long as you place at least one $100 order every 4 months to maintain your exclusivity.
