3. Why am I seeing retail prices on my wholesale account?
- This happens if your wholesale account hasnβt been approved yet. Please follow the full approval process on our wholesale info page:Β Wholesale Info.
Once approved and logged in, youβll see your wholesale discount (50% off retail) automatically applied at checkout, as long as you meet the $200 minimum order requirement (retail value).
4. Can you change my password for me?
- For your security, we canβt access your password. Please use the βForgot Passwordβ link on the login page to reset it.
5. Can I place an order by phone?
- We prefer online orders so you can view product images and avoid errors, but weβre happy to assist you by phone if needed. Have your item numbers and quantities ready. Call us MondayβThursday, 9:00 AM β 2:00 PM CST.
6. Why do I need to submit my Tax ID for wholesale orders?
- State law requires us to keep your tax ID on file for all tax-exempt customers. Please send it in so we can keep your account active.
7. Iβm missing items from my order. What should I do?
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any missing or damaged items.
8. Why are some items in my order on backorder?
- If an item is out of stock, we may ship whatβs available first, and send the backordered items separately as soon as theyβre ready (usually within a week). Thanks for your patience!
9. Why donβt the items look exactly like the pictures?
- Our jewelry is handmade and uses natural materials, so slight differences in color and size are normal.
10. Can I request custom designs?
- We no longer accept custom orders.
11. Will I be charged extra shipping for backordered items?
- No, weβll ship backordered items separately at no extra cost to you.
12. Do you store my payment information?
- For your safety, we donβt store payment details. Youβll need to enter your card info each time you order.
13. Do you offer zip code protection?
- Yes, we do! As long as you place an order of at least $100 every 4 months, weβll protect your zip code area.
